Science Café
Please join us on October 6th at 5:00 PM for a hybrid Science Café hosted by the Richland ACS Local Section in Richland Public Library. The presentation will be given by Dr. Morris Bullock entitled “Making and Breaking Metal Hydride Bonds.”
Dr. Morris Bullock is a Laboratory Fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and is the Director of the Center for Molecular Electrocatalysis, an Energy Frontier Research Center (EFRC). His research includes the synthesis and design of molecular catalysts and electrocatalysts, with an emphasis on the reactivity of metal hydrides. Dr. Bullock will be talking about metal hydrides as intermediates in diverse catalytic reactions required in energy conversions and in production of a wide variety of industrial chemicals.
This is a hybrid event so please use the following link to join us on zoom and register in advance.
