Please join us at Heron Bluff Winery for our third session in our “From Vine to Glass” wine making experience.

Session 3: Fruit Pressing will take place Thursday, November 20th starting at 4 pm.

You will have the opportunity to press the fruit and capture the wine. Nutrients for secondary fermentation will be added and an M-L strain of bacteria inoculated into the wine. As always, Instructor Eric will be choosing a wine to taste and learn from at this session. 

We will also review key elements from Session 2: Harvest and Crush.

Don’t forget: Bring your note-taking materials to capture all the juicy details!
