Light refreshments will be provided.\nGlenn Fuller, a representative from petroleum refining, will review the industry transition to low-Carbon feedstocks and how government programs are affecting the industry and its customers which include “Cap and Trade”, the “Renewable Fuel Standard”, as well as state programs such as the “Low Carbon Fuel Standard”.
